Shipping Issues - Unable to contact support

Hi,

I am posting here as a last ditch attempt before I charge-back.

I have ordered the Pro over a month ago - hasn’t arrived. I have sent two emails two weeks apart, no response.

I genuinely don’t want to charge-back for no delivery as this product seems almost perfect, but I can’t get an update and it is annoying for the price.
