hi, I have my (other) email from my order on 29/09/2017. I don’t remember if I ever tried to login to the forum. I don’t know the password so I clicked on Forgot your password? and received an email with a link. I clicked on the link, typed in a new password and got the message
Please review the problems below:

Does changing a password work? I had to create a new email address and create a new account to post this message.

The account for witch password retrieval does not work, does work on the shop, but does not work on the blinkstick.com website (for the dashboard), nor on the forum
