Hello,

I did not receive the order I have submitted yet.
Order number: 5278

Can you verify what happened with my package?

There is no answer nor email or here…

Is there even a possibility to get any information about my order? I fully understand that shipping can take longer than expected but I expect at least an information that someone took any actions.

If there is no answer on mailbox I expected that could find a help here.
