Our order #5252 was scheduled to be delivered in the week of april 8. According to the Royal Mail tracking information it was supposedly offered three times, but not once did they leave a card in our mailbox saying we missed the delivery. As a result, the order has accordingly been returned to sender.
I have tried to contact you guys via email@example.com on april 15 and 18, but no response. Hope you guys are reading this channel and can resend the order?
We need it rather urgently for our self-service kiosk project.
(it is worthwhile checking which company does the last mile delivery…as we have the experience that drivers of PostNL in the Netherlands have the tendency to claim that they tried to deliver the package and not leave a card, but in reality that they were not able to find the address or find the entrance to the building.)
