Connection being lost between PC app and

Hi Guys,

We’re using BlinkSicks to notify our warehouses of customer pickup orders and it’s been working well for the most part.

Our dev has integrated the BlinkSticks into our POS using the Public URL function.
The issue we’re running into is random dropouts every few days of each location. The only way of fixing this is by deleting the notification in the PC app and readding it with the same access code. Doing this continuously across 6 locations isn’t ideal.
We’ve troubleshot various things on our end with no luck. the issue appears to be between the PC app and the online dashboard. When this occurs the unit shows as connected in the PC app but isn’t receiving any commands. The unit shows as disconnected on our online dashboard.

Any help would be appreciated.
