Hiya, me again (sorry).
Got a hardware issue with my Strip - Device Manager is showing it as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I have tried new cables and different ports on the PC. It was working fine when I went home last night - is there anything I can do to fix it?

No Problem. I’ll get onto that. Just before you do, let me just try another computer, just to totally rule out something weird happening. I posted to see if you’d heard of it before, and if you had how to resolve it.
I’ve got VBA macros setup in Outlook. Emails from different people mean different lights/colours. Was working yesterday. Got in this morning and Outlook complained at me that the macro had an error.
I’ve tried the Blinkstick Program too - that shows no devices.
Ok, please let me know how it goes with the testing on another PC.
