is´s possible to connect a Pixel on a Flex USB Controller?

If you mean a BlinkStick Flex you can order the standalone Flex Board and connect one LED pixel to it.

Besides the Flex a Nano can be good for you. It is like the Flex but comes with only 2 Pixel.
