Hello.
We are working on using BlinkStick Flex for a project here at work, we have setup 2 9 LED bars so far but we have one that was set early on where the 5th LED and on, won’t light up. I have connected the strip to my Windows laptop and no matter the combination, the 5th LED stays dark. I tested the voltage with a micrometer and again, no matter what, the 5th LED and on do not get more that 2V
Do you have any info as to what could be causing this or if there a way to “reset” the controller for further troubleshooting?
