hi!

here, using blinkstick to control a long led strip of 3 channels of 64 leds each and externally powered by a 5V 10A power supply.

today, making some tests about power consumption, I realiced that the whole led strip is getting only 4A, while I guess it should be taking near 10A.

the led are bought from here

where I can see that power consumption is 60mA per led.

the connection is done just like specified in

> **[BlinkStick - BlinkStick Pro and Adafruit NeoPixel strips](https://www.blinkstick.com/help/tutorials/blinkstick-pro-adafruit-neopixel-strips)**

with the difference that the three segments have the power connected in serial. That shluld be the “problem”?

thanks in advance.
