# BlinkStickDotNet.Dll location

Hi Support group,

I have a quick question on .NET library. I can’t find the file for “BlinkStickDotNet.Dll” under “\BlinkStick Client” folder.  
Would you mind let me know where I can find the file? Do I need to get the source code and build it myself?

You´ll find it here (example):  
“D:\Program Files (x86)\BlinkStick Client\BlinkStickDotNet.dll”  
Otherwise do a windows search for “BlinkStickDotNet.dll”  
It is necessary for BlinkStick Client to work.

Hi p0ke,

I did download the install kit from following link, but I still couldn’t find the BlinkStickDotNet.dll".

[https://www.blinkstick.com/system/releases/windows/BlinkStick\_Setup\_1.0.1.exe](https://www.blinkstick.com/system/releases/windows/BlinkStick_Setup_1.0.1.exe)

I did install it on 3 different PCs, but I still can’t find it under \Program Files (x86)\BlinkStick Client folder.

I just download the BlinkStickDotNet master.zip file, and rebuild it on my PC. I think I can access to BlinkStickDotNet.dll now.
