I am having an issue with my Blinkstick and smart pixels. I connected one LED to my Blinkstick Pro and tried to test that it was working by looping through some colors, but it just sticks at bright white on. I have tried connecting and reconnecting it several times but have not been able to figure out what is wrong. I don’t see any scorch marks on my Blinkstick Pro. Is it possible the chip is damaged?

Did you switch to mode 2 for the Pro?

I just started using Blinstick Pro and i connected to it one SmartPixel. I tried to change the colour by using the BlinkStick Client (2.0-rc10) but the SmartPixel remains white. Even if i close the application, it will still be on. Do you know what i can try?
