A question regarding the license of the API implementations

Hello,

I have a question regarding the license of the offical API implementations. While the Python and Node.js libraries are licensed under BSD/MIT, the .NET API uses GPL3 as its license. To my understanding this would mean that I can’t use/distribute it in any kind of closed-source software, even if I’d provide the library’s source code.

Is this correct and intended or did I mix up the implications of the GPL3?

Cheers
Nickless

@Nickless you are right, but please feel free to use the library under MIT license as I will change the licensing option with the next release.

That’s good to hear. Thanks a lot.
